League Coordinators

1. 1. Contact FYCC, 763-496-6820 to determine any paperwork/insurance needed.
   2. Once paperwork is submitted, coaches can begin scheduling.

To Schedule:
1. Click on Field Scheduling Directly Above in Purple
2. Click on Create Account Upper Right Corner
3. Select Facility Reservation tab
5. A calendar will pop up that you can schedule your items under (you will be able to see availability)
6. Select your items and request (be sure to select either practice or game under event type) Add any pertinent schedule notes (i.e. mound at 43’)
7. Add to cart and hit check out.
8. Submit request- You will receive response within 48-72 hours.
9. To make changes- contact FYCC at 763-496-6820 or FYCCinformation@gmail.com
10. Field approvals are done by staff Monday-Friday. Any requests over the weekend will be dealt with on Monday morning.
Note: Field reports are sent to the grounds crews of city of Albertville, city of St. Michael and ISD #885 on Thursday at noon.

FYCC manages and schedules staff for the Outdoor Skating Rinks in St. Michael and Albertville. Rinks are located at :
Albertville Central Park, 5801 Lander Ave NE
St. Michael Recreation Center Park, 3150 Lander Ave NE
Applications for rink attendants are still being accepted for both cities.
Job Description

To work for city of Albertville, please complete the application form and return to Albertville City Hall (5959 Main Ave NE). You will need to complete a background check form at City Hall in front of a notary (please bring Driver’s License).

To work for city of St. Michael, please complete the application form and background check form and return to St. Michael City Hall (11800 Town Center Drive).

City of Albertville Park Shelter & Ball Field Rentals

The City of Albertville has rental options available at Central Park, 5801 Lander Avenue NE.  There is a park shelter and three ball fields available for rental.  To rent:

Albertville Park Rental Form

1. 1. 1. Check availability – Call FYCC at 763-496-6820.
      2. Complete and return park rental form with payment (includes deposits and fees) to city of Albertville. 
      3. Date will be confirmed when form and payment is received (no holds).
      4. Food license must be submitted if required.  Insurance required on all organized sport play. Insurance naming city of Albertville (5959 Main Ave. NE) Albertville, MN 55301.
      5. Key must be picked up at City Hall the week of the event
         (Monday-Thursday, 7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., closed daily 12:00-12:30 p.m.)
      6. Key must be returned to City Hall the week following the event.  Deposits will be refunded in approximately two weeks.

City of St. Michael Park Shelter & Ball Field Rentals

The City of St. Michael has rental options available at the Recreational Center, 3150 Lander Ave NE. There is a park shelter and four ball fields available for rental.  To rent:
